Business Development Stage 8: Stabilization

A business owner has entered small business development stage 8 when business becomes predictable.  You may not know exactly what your sales are, but should have an idea of what they are at a minimum.

It will take about 6 months to reach the stabilization stage.  Business may still not show profit, but there will be cash flow and predictability.  Problems that arise are due to work not thoroughly completed in the development stage.

To show stability you will know trends and that you sell more on a Monday than a Friday, for instance.
